Out of Hours Environmental Health Provision
We operate an out of hours call centre and currently provide an emergency out of
hours call and noise response service for a number of Local Authorities throughout the South of England. We have just launched an
out of hours anti-social behaviour service for Housing Associations.
Consultancy Services
We can undertake a variety of different housing projects centred around the delivery of environmental health
and housing services. Our most recent projects include the development of local lettings agencies and communicating the housing benefit
cuts to private sector landlords.
National PRS Access Training Programme
We are the leading training provider for Local Authorities and third sector organisations
who are looking to improve the way in which they work with the private rented sector and providing options for households who are
homeless or at risk of homelessness.
In 2010, working in partnership with Crisis and supported by the DCLG, Inside Housing Solutions
produced a national training programme for PRS Access Schemes.
Cost Effective Database Solutions for PRS Access Schemes & Local Lettings Agencies
We have developed a database to solve
the age old problem of storing, managing and accessing PRS scheme and local lettings agency data.
This system is currently
being offered free of charge to all Local Authorities and third sector organisations delivering PRS Access, Local Lettings or
Private Sector Leasing Schemes.
