IHS currently delivers out of hours call & environmental health services to Local Authorities across the South of England &
has just launched an out of hours anti social behaviour service aimed specifically at Housing Associations.
Scope of service

Out of hours noise - from premises and vehicles where a statutory nuisance is likely to occur
- Parties - where 2/3 complaints have
been received
- Bonfires - arising from premises where a statutory nuisance is likely to occur
- Hotlists of existing cases - to witness/investigate
for a statutory nuisance
Hours of operation
- Monday to Thursday - 18:00 to 08:00 hrs the following day
- Friday from 18:00 to
08:00 hrs the following Monday
- 24 hour cover for Bank and Public Holidays
Key elements of the service
- 365 day out of hours
emergency response for noise and other environmental health issues
- Daytime 09:00 to 17:00 hrs advice & response service
- Project
Manager dedicated to the contract to handle all queries
- 1 specialist officer handling liaison with your call centre and residents

1 specialist officer handling visits as requried within an agreed response time (normally 1 hour)
- All worksheets electronically delivered
to you by 10:00 hrs next working day
- Website (updates, statistics, electronic notices, problem cases posted daily)
- Dedicated e-mail

- Full legal service (pre-court work, expert witnesses, liaison with Police, statements)
- Regular monitoring meetings with
