IHS have carried out a range of homelessness and Private Sector based projects for Local Authorities across England, Scotland and Wales and increasingly on a sub-regional basis.  Unlike large consultancy firms, IHS is a small, efficient and friendly company with proven experience working with Private Landlords.  The IHS team have a wealth of knowledge to support Local Authorities for the future.  Our team have both Private and Public Sector experience at a variety of levels from Officer to Senior Management.  Below is a list of our current and recently completed projects.
